I assume this was taken during the time where buffs and debuffs didn't stack, so they were probably using it to let each other know what spells were on the target so people wouldn't waste power overriding each others spells. <div></div>

Yep the game has changed so much - sure LU update changed a lot but honestly, pre LU this game was totally unbalanced, and not for the good. I remember the early days of completely mana draining mobs with Inquest but now, I wouldn't trade it for a viable healing role.Its sad that some templars left the game due to LU13 but honestly this game wasn't designed to have only one healing class. I bet most people knew that from the beginining.  Most of the folks that left were probably in the camp that the rest of the priests should just debuff or something.Man I can't believe y'all used that channel that would have been rough to keep up with, we just used to assign roles before the fight.<div></div>

I remember when reactives used to do damage to mobs that hit you, i could kill a mob by healing myself and nothing more I remember when we could prestack reactives and the MT got all the aggro for them I remember when upgrading  under the old master system left you the original and the upgrade and they stacked (heals anyway) Some fond memories, i remember buying my first master spell at 22 for 5gp which was a lot for me in the beginning of the game Overall i like the game more now than i did pre LU13 (i remember when we didnt have LU, it was just random things pushed to live every now and again) And the cheap Inq masters rock, some are currently on the Evergrobb market for less than the cost of a moonstone <div></div>

I have many fond memories of the days before Cruel Invocation got changed and I could duo yellow heroics with my best friend (a Shadowknight). I also loved the original Harrowing Inquest, but ever since we got the new version I wouldn't trade it for the world. I love being the only person at 75% power when everyone else is using hearts, shards and manastoning like mad. <div></div>

Wahaha... I remember the Cruel Invocation "trick". I remember back when it was "fashionable" to duo Varsoon the Undying with just me and a zerker.And I remember how I used to read a book while healing. Reactive, reactive, reactive. Oh, and having special names and lore for all of the master2 choices!!! That was fun. (I still haven't taken the group poison debuff... still savigin my respec!) I'm still sad about the reactive damages though. I thought that was one of the key definitions of Inquisitors (the whole idea of getting hit to proc our spells is still with us. Shouldn't they have fixed the whole issue with aggro by now which was the original reason it got taken out?) and was particularly upset when I learnt that that would go. I do admit, I like the way we are now in some ways. I love being able to soothe for instance, and quickly nipping in, grabbing one of those stupid harvest updates for the baskets in TT, and nipping out with mobs none the smarter. I love my much increased dps (though it's still low crap, it's still better then the old days!) And I love that my healing isn't seen as "second rate" to templars anymore too <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

I miss the old master choices. I liked the Heretic's version that did DOT to the mobs instead. And I believe it stacked! :smileysurprised:
