Forced line and Skull Crack

<div><div>Hi all, I have a stacking debuff question here...</div><div> </div><div>I use the forced line more than any other non-healing spell, and I was wondering if the AA Skull Crack which has a similar debuff to it (-26 or something to crushing/piercing/slashing/etc..) stacks with it.
