<div>Does anybody else feel like this spell is actually proc'ing more often since KoS release?  I don't know if the new KoS mobs are using abilities more often or what, but it sure seemed like my Repentance debuff was fading a lot faster than it used to.  Just wondering if it seemed like it was doing a bit more to anybody else.</div><div> </div><div> </div>

After hunting last night, it seems that the KoS mobs do use CAs a lot more often.  Level 62 mobs were draining the health of the bruiser tank pretty quickly, and now a lot mroe of my time is spent healing instead of debuffing.  As a matter of fact, a few of the fights I couldn't even manage to debuff at all because if I tried to debuff, the tank would go down.  Not quite sure how I feel about those changes (maybe they are imagined?), but at least it kept me on my toes.<div></div>

<div></div><p>I think part of this is related to the LU changes as well.</p><p>They mentioned that they were expanding the skillset of CA's that mobs could use.  For instance a brawler mob would have access to all the types of skills a brawler would have, with only a limited set of exceptions.  Previously they simply gave a select subset of skills to mobs of a certain class.  This effectively increased the number of CA's you'll see getting used by some mobs, and this has made repentence that much more effective.</p>
