Cure Elemental? Broken or am I using it wrong?

All my other cures work great. However if there is an elemental debuff on a group member (indicated by the snowflake icon), I can't for the life of me get it off of him or her. Am I missing something here? <div></div>

Last night on Darathar wiht his flame of ages it worked just fine and I have a master 1 flagellant.

Yup, I also noticed that flaggelant works fine, it's the cure elemental that I'm having a problem with. <div></div>

<div></div>I have the same issue here and have bugged it (im still convinced those reports go straight into the recycle bin).  Elemental Cure wouldnt even take a dot off of me from a mob that was like 20 lvls lower than I.
