Is Coerced Repentance working?

<DIV>I was running around killing mobs in everfrost while harvesting and was also playing around a little with debuffs.  In about 15 fights with coerced repentance being used, I never once saw a damage message indicating it proc'd when I was hit which in 15 fights against blues should at least pop up a few times.  I'm not sure if it's because I have it filtered out or not, but my retaliation, sanguine feedbacks, and reactive damage shields all worked and reported in my combat window.  I remember before the fix to make the spell potentially useful, you'd get a message like 'YOUR retalitory strike inflicts 40 damage on Soandso.' but now I get nothing.</DIV>
