Bug with unlike spells still sharing recast timer

<DIV>Mark of Pawns and Cruel Invocation still seem to share the same recast timer.  The two have nothing in common, and weren't they supposed to have fixed this last month?  </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Anyone else notice this?</DIV>
