I choose the following one:Zhem's Bastion of Faith - An advanced form of Redoubt. As a bonus toRedoubt it increases strength and intelligence.I try to cast it on my tank, it seems only 7 more mana(str+1 I think) compared to Redoubt App3.The hp part I didn't remember, but from the definition of the spells,it's counted as Adept2, it would be better. However, the key point of these spell should be the bonus ofstrength and intelligence, but adding only 1 seems a bit too small.

<DIV>I don't think any of the level 20 training skills are a great improvement.  +1 str isn't much, but what level are you?  It might improve as you go up.</DIV>

It was an improvement, ths they did not falsely advertise it. It wasnt a huge improvement but it was an improvement. And the fact that you think you are entitled to a free spell because you pay $$$... talk about lame.
