Quests for Adepts and Masters

In beta, you used to be able to get "mastery" spells - sometihng not quite the same as a Master spell. You got them by buying the book off a scribe in NFP and completing an "insert race name here" collection quest. Your reward was a high damage nuke that had a 1 minute recast time. It was pretty crappy, but the xp was good. As for real Master spells, they drop in Stone or Metal chests and are just really rare. I got halfway through level 34 before seeing my first one.
