Healing increase items.

<DIV>Ok I have been watching my healing since I got the blood pact leggins and tunares cloak, been mainly using our heal on mob death to test the increase since it is the most stable single heal we have. When equiping the cloak I see a 2 hp increase in the spells description then when I cast it I only see the 2 hp increase when the heal goes off, no where near the 30 the cloak gives. When the leggings are added a 1 increase is now on the spell description and when it heals it has the same 1 increase never any different. I have done this many times now and with exception of critical heals this spell has never gotten more than a 3hp increase in heals which is no where near the amount I should have. Same is with all other heals, their description shows the 3 hp increase but since they have a healing range it is harder to test if they are truly increased.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Anyone else done any testing like this and seen the same thing? Thought I would bring this up here before /bug it in case im missing something. I'm thinking if the increase is linked to casting speed of the heal maybe it takes it as instant cast since it heals on mob death, and not taking the 2 second casting it takes to put on mob.</DIV>
