Benediction AAs Bugged

The AAs that increase the proc rate of vigiliant benediction are bugged.When you zone into a new zone they have no affect on the spell and will show the base proc rate (1.<img src="/smilies/b2eb59423fbf5fa39342041237025880.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> for me.When i die or evac in a zone and respawn it shows it as 2.2 .When i buff someone or myself and look at the tooltip of the buff it shows the same.Somewhere in there it has showed to proc at 2.5 as well...<div></div>

<div></div>Read around a bit <span>:smileyhappy:</span>You'll find that the PPM is a cosmetic display only.  Furthermore, procs per min does not even come into play for buff spells or reactive procs.  Change your weapon to different delays, and the PPM value will change.  That shows it was never meant to show PPM except on weapon procs.<div></div>
