<div></div>Some witch called Ihriel in loping plains (in Somborn). She stands at a Caldron right when you come in after passing the cemetery. The quest is called Hexed and Vexed and the follow up Drawing out the Cazi.The item has been nerfed though (it would have been insanely unfair to leave it as is).It's not a templar item. <DIV>the mask  has been nerfed. Apart from the casting time now being 15 seconds with a 5minute recast, the FD is cosmetic.  You end up possessing a 65 zerker veil hunter who can be aggroed by mobs.  Once the veil hunter is dead the mobs will start hitting you-whether you look FDed or not.</DIV> <DIV>Plus the multi-pet problem rears its head again.  A guildie necro used it last night when he had a pet summoned-it made him possess his pet.</DIV>
