I never had the Adept version but was given the M1 version the other night by a guildmate. Soon as I hit 65 I tested it out on a few mobs in Pillar of Flames and during part of an HQ im trying to finish.

All mobs were green to me... I think lvl 55s or 56s. I used unswirving hammer each time I was able to (about every other fight). The range of damage on goblins was between 120 - 320. It was doing 200-395 on green con ^^^ undead in the instance near Nek dock (cant remember the name - but the one for ghoulbane HQ).

One other note... the hammer in EQ1 disappeared immediately after the mob it was attacking died.... regardless of how many were attacking you. The EQ2 hammer stuck around to kill other mobs.... and even followed me around for a bit as I moved to the next group.

In pvp im not really sure.... theres usually so many fireworks going off I dont have time to see the damage mr slappy is doing. :smileytongue: As healing the team = 1st then spotting the other group's healer = 2nd Then avoiding nasty freep weapons and spells = 3rd

Not sure the numbers I provided will help... as they are just my recollection. I remember thinking to myself that I wished my hammer hit that hard. LOL..... jealousy of my own pet!!

Well, I'll admit I never did parses when I had the AD3, but I can tell you that when I upgraded to the M1 and checked him out a few times on raids he can hit for truckloads. I think the biggest hit I've seen is 1292, and my best single summon was around 16k total. I know this doesn't help a lot, but maybe someone has some numbers for the AD3... (my personal bet is just on the hit% being higher and slightly bigger health pool)

Message Edited by BlaseBlase on 09-27-2006 04:37 AM
