<DIV>How would a lvl 70 Templar play in full Scalelord gear - Granted we'd have a ton less mana, but we'd have oh so high mitigation - Would we be that much better with 60% damage asorbtion over my punny 20% that i have now (mix and match armor)</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Not to mention that great damage from high strength and a dodge bonus..</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Comments ?</DIV> <DIV>-B-</DIV>

<DIV>Mitigation is great, in fact i think its one of the greatest strengths a templar has, but mana I feel is far more important. Especially since it seems to me that we have a much smaller mana pool to begin with in comparison with other healer classes (but thats an entirely different subject). For a group setting I would suggest more mana gear, but for soloing I suggest Int gear rather than more mit (although mit is important). Hope that helps, and that I didnt contradict myself too terribly.</DIV> <DIV>Cheers,</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Shizune, 70 Temp on Crushbone</DIV>

In pvp it would help a lot, seeing as most pvp fights don't last more then a few seconds. You wont need all of that mana in the end, so the extra defense really does help out a lot. Also, the defense increases your avoidance, so you will be getting interrupted far less than normal. <div></div>
