Inspect all your heals to see casting improvements. Everything will be quicker, for example Glorious goes down from 2 second casting time to 1.7 seconds. Every bit helps! Critical heals, you should see them as large green heal numbers. Use a parser like ACT to see in detail how many crits you are getting. I average about 20-25 crit heals on trash mobs and up to 80-100 on long named fights in raids. I remember one night we were short healers and short dps and did Villucide with 4 healers, was a looong fight and I pulled out about 330 crit heals, about half from Mark and half from Supplicant's Prayer. <div></div>

Change the colour of your crit heals in your log... I have a tab for heals and my crit heals are in a nice yellow so they stand out. You'll be surprised at how muhc you do crit if you max them out and, yes they do help.<div></div>

<DIV>If you are able, try using ACT (Advanced combat tracker), it has the ability to show you your heal crits (and much much more). In comparison with the other healers on the raid, I usually output far more crit heals, and im confident that you'll see the same if you look at the ACT. I also am thinking that ministration might have something to do with it as well, but I could be way off base. Hope it helps =)</DIV>
