Another thing Ive noticed is some nice legendary gear for plate healers is no trade.  Want a ft3 chestplate?? chain is buyable, the Madcap Curias is no trade (ive rolled her countless times and only seen tradeable scout stuff), shoulders?? are you kidding?? still chain.....we now have a nice forearm piece that drops in NIZARA (not dropped for me, but i bought it for 3 plat) gloves??Chamberlin gauntlets barely have better mitigation than most chain..legs?? vultak leggings slightly better than arisen legs..  ok we do have some ok boots, but they are low on mitigation and resists.  Being an inquisitor, I feel your pain..Knowing i rarely raid, im better offin 1/2 chain(and we dont get the extra buffs mystics/defilers get to "make up" for wearing chain..For a somewhat casual player as myself, I honestly have a hard time getting geared in t7 to raid at all and risk the chance to get uber rare drops for plate healers..hope you get youself fully geared b4 the next expansion : )<div></div>

I kinda figured that was how it was after a few months of raiding and not seeing much of anything  better than the Legendary stuff I have already. (that I got from group instances) </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I have been lucky with the relic plate drops tho. I picked up legs and arms in 1 raid and helm and boots in another.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I just wish templar relic wasnt so crappy. Can anybody explain to me why we don't have the same amount of stats and resists on each piece that the melee classes do? </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Just look at the helm....20 wis, some power, some hps and FT8 AND THATS IT! (no resists or other stats)  </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Then look at the boots.... ok resists but whats with all the intel? Well, firebrand is decent armor that's pretty easy to get, mix that with relic and you have a nice set of armor.  Though, at least for me anyways, I've been having a tough time getting armor upgrades that are better than firebrand/relic.

Those really could've gone in one post <img src="/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />Anyway, on Najena, plate relic drops like crazy, only thing I don't have is the boots and thats because i always let someone else take em.  As for the rest of my armor, well, I'm going pretty well personally.  I still need the Black Lotus, and a belt, and rings, but everything other than that I'm set for.  One thing though... you might care to go back to T6 and get some of the items from there, Boots of the Devout, Silver Dragon Scale Breastplate etc.  Not the greatest on stats compared to the T7 stuff, but it's good stuff if your lacking in the FT department.<div></div>

<P>There is definiately a lack of "templar stats" plate gear that drop on mobs.   Right now, Relic is the best gear we could possibly get as I have not seen but one or two pieces drop from names that would be good for us.  However, there are lots of jewelry items that are great for us off the named.   3 Princes drops are excellent for us.</P> <P>Here's to looking forward to the next expansion and hoping the loot is a little more geared towards templars.</P> <P> </P>

If you think back to T6 in places like Courts and PPR, all that seemed to drop was Plate this and plate that.  I guess T7 is to make up for it? <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> <div></div>

<DIV>Well, my Templar has all of those BPs except the Black Lotus and Relic and I use all of them depending on the situation.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Off the top of my head... what are you guys expecting as far as gear goes?  What would you consider healer specific?</DIV>

As far as Healer plate gear, consider melee gear.Reactive procs, offensive procs, skill bonuses etc.No need to change any of that, just simply what they do.A Healer Proc is nice if it is a 5% chance to cast AE detaunt, etc. 3% chance to proc on a melee attack  "Gift of Momo" the next spell consumes no power, lasts 5 seconds. Etc. Those would be healer specific effects on plate. Woopeee I can proc more damage/hate onto a mob that is beating on me. I can add 10% more damage to my DD/dot spell (Although I personally like to do damage).  Those are not exactly worthy effects.Stoneskin... that is worthy. AE Detaunt reactive proc is worthy too *yet can agro from outside of encounter*. <div></div>

<div></div>I don't know why this item keeps popping up as being a +healing item.  Please look at the spell description carefully.Applies a buff when equipped.  The buff's target is the equipper, otherwise known as the healer. When target(the equipper) casts a healing spell, this spell(the buff) will cast Healing Pulse on caster(the equipper).Healing Pulse: Heals target(the target of Healing Pulse, otherwise known as the caster, otherwise known as the equipper). So in essense, every time you cast a healing spell, the item heals YOU, not who you are healing.  Not nearly as cool.Compare that to our Godking Scepter:Applies a buff when equipped.  The buffs target is the equipper/healer.When target(the equipper) casts a beneficial spell, it can cast Blessing of Anashti Sul on target of spell cast(the target of the beneficial spell).Blessing of Anashti Sul: heals target (the target of the beneficial spell).Compare to Inquisitor's Convert:You apply the buff to yourself, so the healer. When target(yourself/healer) casts a beneficial spell it will cast Convert Ally on target of spell cast(the target of the beneficial spell)Convert Ally: Heals target(target of the beneficial spell). Both of these effects make it clear it casts on the target of the healer's spell.  The BQ's orb does not specify that, and can be logically read to mean otherwise.  Also when I ask people who have the item, they say it casts on themselves.<div></div>
