Hammer Smite ... What happened ?

So .. I used to use hammer smite all the time.. I used to see a nice little icon that would show up showing the stun timeIts gone <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> Did they steath nerf it ?<div></div>

I think there are currenly lots of bugs in the buff window. For example, I can not see the target of my buff anymore. Also, when I join a group with a higher level templar (or one with higher grade spells), my weaker buffs disappear but do not re-appear when I leave the group (though they are still active).This might be another buff window issue.
