Hey, I primarily play my guardian (level 5 and I two box with a templar (57) that I made. Now, here is my scenario, I usually group with my templar, I nuke and heal with him, but he doesn't get hit too much.

My reasoning for equipment is to put all the cobalt pieces that add wisdom and get him a producers shirt and pants for that extra 40 wisdom. I have bracers that adds like 9 wis also and is chain mail (some quest item that he got awarded).

Is there anyone in this scenario that can justify full cobalt for him given these criteria other than just looking like he shopped at goodwill?

I can't see why you would want full cobalt. I'm currently using a chest piece and leggings both imbued. The shoulder piece and helm have pretty good wis bonuses but I can definetly get better stats off something else for the boots and gloves. If you're looking to pump your Wis up I'd just buy what you can find with the highest Wis stats and not worry about mitigation. Like you said, the templar isn't getting hit that much.

Hiya, Griss! How's it hanging?

Anyway, just my two-bits worth. As far as I can tell, mit is only really useful for soloing. If your Temp is gonna be running around with a good Guardian, and I *know* you play a tank well, I'd think just going for the best Wis/Int you can manage would fill the bill perfectly.

Take it easy, bud. :smileyhappy:

Tukk in all things MMOG

Well I'm a 57th level templar with full set of cobalt armour and a full set of Pearl Jewelry = tons of Wisdom and Intelligence, allows me to heal longer in groups and solo Writs and some Booky quests when I'm not Grouping. My 2 Pearl rings are WIS/INT. Full Cobalt set gives me 58% Mitigation sofar.

Of course I have my Prissy sceptre and an Idol of chaos for power regens and good drink.

You may say don't really need this or that, but I find every little bit helps, and try to cover all aspects of playing solo/grouping.
