Give Protectorate line an AoE DD proc, to boost DPs, soloing?

Our existing damage shield?  I don't remember us having a damage shield.  A damage shield is a spell cast on a target that will proc damage on anything attacking them.  Personally, I think it's a great idea to use the protectorate line for this, however I tend to keep it for myself in groups most of the time for the extra power to heal with JIK.  If not that then perhaps the benadiction line (forgetting if that's what it's called) that has a chance to absorb hits would be a good candidate for a damage shield component.  I use that on MT in groups and self solo consistently. <div></div>

I only use Protectorate on myself, no one else gets is...it's mine! =P  Also, I would be happy with a DS of some sort, but then I would be very happy if they just gave us back our dodge, parry, block...I think that would increase our solo ability greatly.
