Fate line resistances increased?

<DIV>Just noticed since the last LU that my fate spell is resisted a ton, even by even con mobs.  I would say one out of every 3 or 4 is resisted, where before it would only resist on a much higher level mob.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Anyone else notice?  Kind of a bummer as I cast this spell with EVERY mob, I like being in the habit of casting it.</DIV>

I've noticed an increase, but then again, I've been fighting tougher mobs... Can't say that is was 100% attributable to an update.

Been wondering the last few days if I'm forgetting to drop this on MoBs. I don't even get a "resist" message I don't think.  It just doesn't land.

I watch for the orange resist over the mobs head, and most definately wasn't getting that.
