I know I should have noticed earlier but what happened to our group cures. I did the /respec trying to get them back but its no longer one of the traits we have. This seems to me to be a huge loss considering a decent amout of aoes come with poision or elemental effects too. (an example being the power sapping poision on the dragon in feerrott [forgot the name]) also the single target cures we do have only dispel minimal hostile effects. Does annoyone else feel like this would be a more useful spell line for healers than stun and mez (though at least they fixed that water breathing thing).

Hey,

so yeah it was actually really unbalanced previously, because Templars got EVERY group cure, while other classes only had 1 or 2. Now it's more balanced and you need different preist classes on each raid to cure different things. As Templars, we get Resolve, which cures trauma, magic, mental, and divine effects. It's actually really good, because a large portion of t6 encounters have AoEs' that fall into that category.

Im yet to see the [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn] thing work. Have you actually cured anything with it? The Arcane single cure on the otherhand seems to take off the effect on the target and any other members of the group.

The group cure (Resolve) seems to be working fine, however I've noticed it won't remove affects cast by mobs more than 2-3 levels above my level.

I've definitely seen it work. A lot of the mobs have Trauma affects now I am noticing. Almost all the named mobs I've seen in the Clefts of Rujark have an AoE Trauma. It realy helps, as these now actually hit your group members.

There may be a bug on it though, or perhaps on the actual effects, because I've seen a couple of instances where the symbol falls of my tank as if they are not affected, but they keep reacting and losing HP.

I improved the quality level on my Resolve recently and noticed (what appeared to be) immediate improvements.

Message Edited by Kendricke on 11-02-2005 08:29 AM
