<DIV>I feel your pain ( for those that feel cheated ).  </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>My g/f Templar and I a Guardian rolled our classes in order to give up all other aspects of the game and be the best at what we do ... Or rather to have a Given advantage for our chosen roles, based on information described to us , as well as my Experience in the game as Swashy. We gave up any semplance of Soloability to shine in our Group rolls. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I had to face the changes a few weeks ago ,and now she is as well.  I understand the frustration ... I really do. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Wehn I rolled my Druid I did it knowing full well I would be a secondary but just as much needed Healer in most groups. I chose Druid because I wanted the Extra damage capability for soloing knowing full well , for that extra boost I was giving up some healing skills.  I had no intention of being the primary healer ...  I see now things have changed....  </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I just wanted to drop a line and let you all know some of us know how you feel and support you in wanting your Shining position in groups returned.   </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I am of the thought that each class should have a specialty and do it better than any other within their oparticular Archtype. Allow all to do it suffiecently well , but to have a specialty giving up advantages of the other to become the best. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Guardain/Bezerker = Best MT = Others getting other advantages </DIV> <DIV>Templar/Inquisitor = Best MH = Others getting other advantages </DIV> <DIV>Wiz/Warlock = Best MAgic Dealing DPS = Others get more utility </DIV> <DIV>Ranger/Assasin = Best Scout DPS = Others get more utility</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>But alos , that which was sold to us 11 months ago is now a whol enew ballgame. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Best of luck  to you all. See you on the Norathian Battlefields. </DIV><p>Message Edited by MyTFlyGuy on <span class=date_text>10-19-2005</span> <span class=time_text>02:27 PM</span>

<DIV>Why is it that you felt the need to bestow your pity on us?  You're class was just as overpowered and needed the nerf stick as much as our healing did.   I'm sorry that you and your g/f are having a hard time soloing now but my wife and I (Conjurer/Mystic) seem to do quite well.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I can appreciate sympathy but making us feel like the freaking Oliver Twist of classes begging for porrage really isn't lifting anyones spirits.   Its just creating a pity party.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Nobody is 100% happy right now in any aspect and hopefully some mild tweaking will get some people back on board with this being an awesome class to play (even though some of us think we are doing just fine).</DIV>

This was not to promote a pity party or to imply Sympathy in a sennse of Feeling Sorry for anyone ... Just a note of understanding .... Sometimes it helps to know that others know where we are coming from with our feelings. That is all. Noting that they are not alone in feeling the way they do and that others understand. I don't have too much trouble soloing at this point. I dropped 12 PLat to help compensate for the problems I had post LU 13.  She however does Becasue she is not as Gear dependant as I and still takes 14 years to kill anything.  Also please note ... You are comparing two totally different classes and the abilty to solo ...  Now if you say that you as a Guard and her as a Templar have no problems , then that is a much more valid comparison. <div></div>
