Did the reactive aggro changes go in?

<DIV>As the subject says, did they go in during the last patch?  Playing the same style I've been playing the last few months and it seems that last night I picked up aggro a lot more than usual (which was almost never).   Just using reactives.</DIV>

<DIV>Yeah, I assumed that no change had been made either since nothing was mentioned in the patch notes.  I'm not sure what has changed then.  Getting aggro just casting SS and CSoV on Orcs in Zek.  Never used to get it.  Weird.</DIV>
