Involuntary Healer is it broken?

There's a thread here claiming it to be broken, one thing is sure tho, it's icon doesn't show. IIRC it's stated to heal <i>over time</i> so I wouldn't expect a message like mark of pawns/princes/kings, but rather something you don't actually see, hence is hard to say whether it works or not. For your own sake keep it as one of your last "debuffs" and maybe entirely skip it, if the fight looks like it'll be power intensive.

<DIV>Tried using it for 3 levels, obviously the icon doesn't appear and I never saw any kind of spell effect to mark it going off and never noticed any difference what so ever when I did use it compared to when I didn't. I stopped using it recently because as far as I could tell it was a mana sink.</DIV>
