Where are the flavor spells past lvl 20?

<DIV>Well the lvl 20 flavor spell is on several vendors (Qeynos side) but I was told we had lvl 30 and lvl 40 ones but I cannot find them. People said they are Qeynos harbor scribe shop but I looked and they are not there...only Faith respect. So what are they and where are they on the Qeynos side? and btw , I went to all the scribe shops in each town and none of them have anything but faith respect.</DIV>
