lvl 30+ spells available were?

Just hit lvl 30, but i cant find any place to upgrade my spells, let alone buy the lvl 30 fun spell (yes i intend to buy it). some help on this would be very nice

You prolly have to be running at balanced or one step up to see its effects. You get them in the building across from the scribe at Qeynos harbour. Also, the blessing spell does have a visual effect, a yellow light going from the feet to the head of the target, but apparently no effect whatsoever. I use it to bless the Freeporters of my guild, just so they don't get all out of hand <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

<DIV>In Qeynos Harbor, on each side of the South Qeynos Gate, there are stores that sell the mid-level spells.  Each store carries a different selection, so check both.</DIV>
