<DIV>I guess it is safe to assume you are a lower level but most things reign true for all levels. As a Templar I wouldn't really worry about weapons for their damage sake. I think at your level I was actually using a 2h weapon for a while although I think it would be optimal even at lvl 50 to have a shield and a 1h wep.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I personally use a Heirophants crook b/c good 1h weapons are hard to find that would give better mana.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I suppose my point is that damage is or at least should be secondary to +wis +mana and I'd look on the broker for the highest combination you can find. Buckler +1h wep should work really well at your level. Btw, most of the best bucklers mana wise are crafted so I would get with a woodworker (I think its a woodworker who makes shields).</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Also I found throughout my leveling that making friends with crafters was a really good idea. I'm not saying I was shmoozing or anything but it is always good to pay on time and never complain when working with someone who goes out of their way to make things for you. I wouldn't put myself out looking up and down for adepts because most spells aren't going to be in adept form and if they are they will be rare. There are a few really common ones but for the most part if you dont have a rare to make an adept 3 then it is important that you get with a sage to make an app4 which in most cases is almost as good as an adept anyways.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I hope this helped you, I don't know if you are in a guild but it would be smart just to put the note out to your guildies that you are looking for templar adepts and that typa thing. I used to tell them I'd pay non guildie prices for them from guildies so they weren't tempted to just put them on the market so they can make more money than selling to a guildie at a discount.</DIV>
