Where do I buy my spell upgrades?

<DIV>..... I play across four different toons, I've never had any problems. Always got a new spell/ability, upgraded it at the local scribeshop.... no problems.... when I hit lvl 20 I visit that nice froglok in the Eldar Grove.... pick up my fluff skill and any app2s from that point on.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>But this isn't working for some reason with my high-elf templar. When he was a cleric the scribe shop only seemed to stock about half of the spells I got. I've just hit 20 and the froglok has nothing for me to buy, not my normal lvl 20 spell or a fluff for me.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Please, put me out of my misery.... where do I buy all my app2s as a templar?</DIV>

<DIV>Ive always been preferential to the scribe shops in Qeynos Harbor, just (south?) of South Qeynos gate. If youre facing away from the SQ gate level 20-29 scribe shop is on the left, levels 30-50 are in the shop on the right. Youd buy your fun spells there as well.</DIV>
