View Full Version : Level 22 Trait
<DIV>I've just hit Level 22 and now get the chance to pick another trait.</DIV> <DIV>The 4 being offered are all rather straight forward:</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Increase maximum health</DIV> <DIV>Increase Health gain</DIV> <DIV>Increase maximum power</DIV> <DIV>Increase Power gain</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Initially my instinct was take Calm because Power never recharges quite fast enough.</DIV> <DIV>However somebody then told me this is only when you are out of combat, well when I'm out of combat it really doesn't matter too much how fast I recover power.</DIV> <DIV>Now I know I'll probably get the "play how you want to play" answers.</DIV> <DIV>However does anybody know for sure that taking "Calm" only increases Power gain when not in combat?</DIV> <DIV>Also how much exactly "Extra Power" would I get from "Centered"?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Cheers.</DIV>

<DIV> IMO, go with power recharge. I'm 90% positive the L22 trait does work in combat. You wouldn't gain enough power from the other choice (I made this mistake and gained something ridiculous, like 27 power). There's enough buffs and items around, that in even a mediocre group, HP and HP gain would be useless, and the extra power would never be used. I see power recovery > then extra power, as running out of power is rare, and when I do, I always swear to myself, I wish I recovered faster(!).</DIV> <DIV> To me, I would go, Power gain > +Power > HP gain > +HP, this is where the " 'play how you want to play' " comes in <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></DIV> <DIV> </DIV>
but + power gain is on insanely long timer it is useless anyway. Either way, most traitsare crappy.

<DIV>In my opinion, having your power regen faster is the best choice as the tank does not always wait for his power to be full before wanting to attack again. My son and I play together all the time, and he is able to begin combat after he reaches 50% mind, where I would always like to be full at the start of combat.</DIV>

<DIV>WHAT! I did not get this option. Are these things still bugged where you might not get a choice to choose? I am still waiting for my Skeleton smite that I was supposed to get a long time ago.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>(Or am I just out of my mind)</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Kilratha</DIV>

Its bugged, some people get all of them some only get a fe. They are supposed to reset everyones choices when its fixed. So pick whatever and know you'll get a chance to change when the patch goes in.

<DIV>I got harmonious mind (increased power regen) at level 22 and it only works when you are not in combat. I am a provisioner as well as a templar and find that this skill to be completely useless to me.</DIV>

<DIV>I haven't gotten to choose a trait since my gnoll smite spell. must be nice! :smileyvery-happy:</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I would go increased power pool though, for those times when you really need that extra heal. </DIV>

<DIV>I picked the +Power and received 27 extra power, -pick at your own risk-. Hopefully beefed a bit when they redo traits</DIV>
