App 2 upgrades for 30+ spells?

<DIV>       The L20-29 ones can be found at the Scribe in Qeynos Harbor that is marked on your map. If that fails for whatever reason (i.e. if I'm wrong, but I shouldn't be <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> ), then go to Elddar's Grove, go up the tree elevator in the middle of the map, and there's a scribe up there (that's where I bought Faith Respect at L20).</DIV>
