Is the Templar subclass quest Broken?

I had the same problem with proficients. Had to kill tons of them over 2 days to get the thing completed. The other two were quick. Maybe it's a game mechanic to make sure you kill a lot of them.

It took quite a while for me to get the adept scroll. Literally I ran around in circles for a couple hours waiting for the random pops to occur. It seemed that adepts critters did not spawn in the zone frequently, but instead were common on the random ambush pops.Best of luck to you.Gailin

I did my quest yesterday. With a level 24 Warrior as a partner, it took us about 10 minutes to get everything.

This stage was fun, took about 30mins of running around down below soloing the bloodsabers as they spawned. Even got 2 adept drops! One was storm of lightening which apparently is rather rare, so I was well chuffed. I enjoyed the who;e Templar hallmark actually, much more fun than the monk one and probably equal with the troubadour one, which also features those naughty bloodsabers. Had to solo the whole Templar hallmark including the run through VS because saddo that I am, I refused to go to bed until I had finished and it was about 4am at the time!
