Do we get a new set of Armor Quests at level 30? If so, where/who is the quest giver? Thanks for any info!
I do not think we do, and I sincerely hope not. The lvl 20 armor quests pretty much trashed the market for tier 3 player made armor.

<DIV>There is a breastplate and leg "armor quests" in Runnyeye, both with good rewards. They are Eye and Goblin (Rampage?), 100 and 200 kills respectively. Those are wearable one at 32 and one at 34 (if I remember correctly).</DIV>

<DIV>As much as I'd love to support game crafters, they're almost impossible to access. Because they have to be online but not playing in order to sell, and because there's a down time early in most people's work/school day, it's very, very difficult to find crafted goods on the brokers.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Not a good system at all, unfortunately. How about a bazaar similar to SWG where anyone can list a limited number of items and keep on playing? Items should be available for purchase whether the player is online or not, in their room or not.</DIV>

<DIV>I am not happy with the Market system in EQ2 either. One of the things that made Star Wars Galaxies work was it use of the visable vendor/bizare. This idea of having to sell and not do anything is just plain bad planning. It make sence in the aspects of real life marketing, however this is a game and to do this is just not FUN. We should be able to list a certain number of items with these brokers and they sell them for us. You can call it a consignment Shop whatever but I dont like being logged in just to sell stuff when I am not home or AFK. SOE please give serious thought to useing some of the SWG market approach here. Let vendors be seen instead of haveing to shell out to each house. That is not even realistic as in that time era if you will, merchants gathered on the main city streets to sell wares. Without clear and easy channels to sell in game player made stuff, why should we bother in making anything since we can not recoup the investment in the goods made.</DIV>

<DIV>I don't think this is the right forum to discuss EQ2's market/broker system, and believe me, I'll be the last to defend it.</DIV>

<DIV> <DIV>Yea it may more closely resemble a RL market in the fact that you are there, but if I were running my own shop in RL, i'd hire some chump to mind the store while I was away doing more important things like sleeping. Also he'd get minimum wage. :smileytongue:</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Sorry Auria had ter post, might get a chuckel =p</DIV></DIV>
