<DIV>Hi people, just a quick note to see if anyone else has experienced the same thing here. I was in a group in Stormhold last night (runnyeye) and we got group wiped by a scion popping on top of us. No problems I said, I'd revive, and run around and bring the rest of them to life. A little later on we got wiped a few more times, but one person managed to stay alive and use the 'divine awakening' to bring me back, then I ran round and got everyone else up. Anyway, at the end of the night the highest XP debt anyone had was 20%, whereas mine was 79%. I think when someone uses the divine thing that they can use on you, it counts towards XP debt as if you clicked on the revive button. I'm not complaining, just wandering if if was just me or had anyone else noticed they spend a long time working off debt. There were no other factors to the debt that I can think of, mine just seemed 4 times higher than anyone else's.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

The % listed for XP debt is not actually how much % of a level of debt you have. The % number listed is actually the point at which the debt would be paid off.So, let's say you have 0% xp into your level. You die and get 5% debt (making this number up, I don't know exactly how much one death is in debt). The meter will say 5% debt. You will pay off your debt when your XP into level reaches 5%.Now, say you have 50% xp into your level. You die and get 5% debt. The meter will now say 55% debt. You have the exact same 5% debt as before, but the meter says 55% because your debt will be all gone when you have 55% xp into your level. Now, let's say you have 95% into your level. You get 5% debt. The meter will, egads, say 100% DEBT! You still, however, only have 5% debt. You will just pay off all your debt when you have 100% xp into your level, or ie, when you ding your next level.Supposedly, the new patch changes this system to make it easier to understand how much debt you have. So, in summary, you only showed more debt than everyone else because you had more XP into your level than everyone else.

<DIV>I think you are still sorta correct though, from what I've seen (perhaps I saw incorrectly) the devine rez isn't for as much as a regular rez, its barely more than getting your shard back, which is still better than nothing, but not quite as good as a regular rez. I'm not complainin though, I absolutely LOVE this spell. Beats the hell out of having to go back for your shards after a near wipe. I make sure that I hand out one to all in group anytime we go to a potentially nasty spot.</DIV>

<DIV>Divine rez is the same as normal rez.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Don't worry though, it seems they are changing the debt display in the patch, because it is pretty confusing atm.</DIV>

<DIV>I stand corrected, like I said, I'd never really paid attention, but if you think about it logically ( I know that I should say that in reguards to many things ingame :smileytongue:  <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> since it isn't a rez cast by a healer, its more of a "rez in a pinch" kinda thing it would seem that it would give less xp back, but thats cool that its a normal rez.<BR><BR>? on this though, is it even worth it to upgrade the spell? I never bought anything above the one I was given, I would guess slightly less power usage (not that I use it all that often anyways) and fewer fizzles, but little else. Or is it like some other spells and can not be upgraded?</DIV>

<DIV>It's one of the spells you can't upgrade.</DIV>

<DIV>Has it been confirmed that reviving + shard recovery leaves more debt than a Priest Rez? Most offical sounding replies seem to say they are the same.</DIV>
