<DIV>To imply that one would benifit more from praise than from protest, would be the correct assumption.  As I was not directly refering to any specific post.  I realize that the Bestowal of Vitae upgrade is broken.</DIV><p>Message Edited by Sparklebug on <span class=date_text>12-02-2004</span> <span class=time_text>10:44 AM</span>

<DIV>what level is your templar? I enjoy playing the class as well, but alot really needs to be fixed. Considering our versatility and damage of nukes ect we should actually heal a little better than druids and shaman... Instead we dont heal as well. In the lower 20's Templars are great but it slowly seems to change.</DIV><p>Message Edited by Shadowsdawn on <span class=date_text>12-02-2004</span> <span class=time_text>02:18 PM</span>

<DIV>I love my templar as well.  There are issues that need to be fixed, and eventually it will be.  Until then I'll keep playing my "gimped" templar, or log on another toon.  *o/* for extra character slots or another copy of EQ2.  </DIV>

Or you're gonna tell me it's my fault again for levelling fast? Probably...</P>

<DIV>I keep my scholar level matched to my adventurer level.  The way I see it: If you can't buy spell upgrades from other people, make them yourself <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></DIV>

<DIV>I think everyone that bother to be on these boards in their down time loves this class, but we want our skills and spells working the way they are suppose to so it's more fun then frustrating to play our class.  If we don't state the problems that are game crippling to us, Sony will classify them as low priority and pass us over when it's time for classes to actually get a buff or two.  </DIV>

<DIV>Well I'm not going to say those who are complaining are wrong or shouldn't be. But, I do agree with the starter of this thread that templars absolutely rock. I love my templar to death and am 110% happy with him. Theres nothing like a healer in full plate armor swinging a heavy flail while healing your friends and smiting your enemies. :smileyvery-happy:</DIV>

I love my Templar. Best healers in the game by far, when it comes down to straight out healing.

<DIV>I love mine too, at lvl 25.  She can still solo a yellow mob, and being a provisioner always has high grade food and drink which helps regen insanely.  I was finally able to procur an adept3 BoV, which made a huge difference.</DIV>

<DIV>Oh I can still solo yellows at 32, or two whites at once. We're supposed to be healers, not soloers, that's what bothers me. Solo won't get you far either, it's really slow.</DIV>

In the early levels the reactives did fine. Higher up they suck bigtime.

It's still 4 heals, and it's never going to change I believe. SP getting more powerful at higher level, well yeah, spells improve, it doesn't mean they are not broken.<BR>

<DIV><FONT size=7>I love my templar</FONT>.  </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I'm only lvl 24, but I can keep up easy with my heals, with just about any tank i group with.  It is alot easier with the primary tank I group with because I make sure he stays in at least white or above armor, makes my life way easier :smileyvery-happy:. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> I do have one complaint.  I wasn't able to play as much as i wanted this weeked( stupid roof sprung a leak and had to fix it) so my friends all got one lvl up on me and i can no longer make them bow to me.</DIV>

Gwynet, the spirit of the post is in the title. These forums are free to everyone to use and post. It would be nice if we could have at least one post to love and accept our templars. Love and accept as in, all joy and happiness...I love my templar. I love to give random heals. Drivebys of paladins on horses are my favorite. I try and sneak up on them, being a little easier as a dorf, heal them and sneak away. =)I love the fact that I could be in my crafting instance in graystone and many different random people will ask me to come to their party in TS or RoV. (Btw, they use /who priest 20 30 to get your name if you ever wondered the same.)I love the pucker factor of the centaur pit (pre- and post- nerf).I love my templar because I don't have to ever read battle spam.I love my templar because Radiant Strike and Celestial Strike are two of the combat animations out there.I love my templar because I can keep a tank alive and the tank can keep me alive. Teamwork that leads to faster xp/loot due to my prescence.BakerJoe26 Templar Nektulos (22 provisioner)
