Were our heals changed in the latest patch?

Is it just me, or have our heals been upgraded this patch?At 25, BoV seems to be healing for 102, arch healing (app3) does 346 up from 312, combat healing (adept1) does 234 up from 204. has anyone (from SOE) actually acknowledged the heals were not working-as-designed previously? there is no dev comment in the main <a href="http://eqiiforums.station.sony.com/eq2/board/message?board.id=spellart&message.id=3661" target=_blank>thread</a> about it so far, afaik.
