the map gives the quickest way. i pretty much just ran there not sopping to fight. picked up some agro but its not bad. you zone into the instance. in there there are no groups over 2 and they are blue to a 19. there is solo ones that are white. fight them the same way you fight any other mob, they are undead so you can drop your spell that is good against undead. use you HOs. fight your way to the table. kill the named. once that happens your journal updates that you have to talk to aurora. i just gated out and went to talk to her. you a ton of exp for completing this and a 1hb weapon.
<DIV>While I think the above post helps, I'll give you what I ran into last night in hopes that it will help you.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I ran this quest last night with a Scout friend so he could help, but when I entered the instance, he could not follow. So you have to do this quest solo, unless possibly you have another Cleric with the same quest. Not sure about whether he'd go in with you or his own instance.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Anyway... here is what I ran into last night as a Level 19 Cleric.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>It is a mosoleum type room in the shape of an "L" that turns to the left.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>In this first length of the "L" you will see a walker MOB that is on fire. He was level 19 to me. I followed the suggestion of another post and left him until last.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Also in this first hallway with the walker, are 3 sets of 2 mobs each. These MOB's aren't easily seen, as they are lying down on top of altars that line the hallway (3 on each side). Each of them are a group of two, so when you attack 1, the other will join the fight. These are level 18 MOB's to me (blue). I think the best strategy is to attack them with Smite from the spot of the instance you entered and fight them there so the walker does not get involved until you are ready for him. Kill them each pair at a time. I had plenty of time to sit and wait my power to get full between all three fights.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>After killing all 3 pairs, I took out the walker. He was level 19 and actually, not that tough of a fight.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Around the corner of the "L" is 1 more set of MOB's, but are 3 strong. However they are level 18 with a down triangle, which means that they are all pretty weak. Again, didn't have much issue killing these three using my HO's and the occasional heal over time.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> <DIV>Once those 3 are killed, you can rest back your power, then go for the last MOB, which was a single NAMED MOB at the altar where Sir Wembly is being ressurrected. I believe this MOB was level 19 as well, so not much difficulty using HO's and Heal over Time spells.</DIV></DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Once you kill this last MOB, your quest will change to go back and get your reward.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Hope that helps.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Good Luck to you!</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Oaloa</DIV> <DIV>Level 19 Cleric</DIV> <P>Message Edited by Xanz on <SPAN class=date_text>11-23-2004</SPAN> <SPAN class=time_text>07:26 AM</SPAN></P><p>Message Edited by Xanz on <span class=date_text>11-23-2004</span> <span class=time_text>07:28 AM</span>

Personally what I did was waited until the walker mob was in the corner of the L shaped room then crept along right in the center between the 3 sets of 2 skellies. Once I got to the corner I attacked the lone walker mob. After he was slain I hid out in the corner until I was full power/health then attacked the three mobs. With the 1 arrow down they are pretty weak but because they are 3 strong it is a bit difficult. After that I waited in the corner again, during which time the walker mob respawned, so after getting full again I waited until he went back to where you start then rushed over to the named. If you keep your back on the wall near the door out the walker mob will not come and assist him. He was rather easy to defeat. Oh and I did this all at level 18.
<DIV>Efren... do I have to remind you that you are a Cleric and not a Scout??? lol</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>J/K bud... </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Nice alternate route!</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Oaloa</DIV> <DIV>Level 19 Cleric</DIV>

<P>Level 18 Cleric - quest completed</P> <P>I entered the instance from the NW corner Spiral Stairs in the Syne (which I ran almost all the way their without meeting an aggro mob, and once I did hit an aggro mob, I sprinted to the instance) - they have fixed the double click on the door, so you can zone in a hurry.</P> <P>The wanderer was a non-issue, as I pulled the 6 skellies laying down on the sides (2 at a time) - they were even con single down arrow mobs for the first 2 sets, and then yellow (level 19 single down arrow) on the last set. After killing those (medding to full between each pull, and avoiding the wandering mob) I moved to the corner and engaged the solo wanderer (level 19 con - no arrow) After killing him I used the trait I chose for quick mana regen - medded to full - BoV'd myself and pulled the tripple pull (level 18 single down arrows) and then medded to full again. The wanderer never respawned on me. At that point I walked up to the named (Xaurb Grengar - level 19) and engaged him.</P> <P>Each fight consisted of casting BoV, pulling with weakness (targetting other mob if dbl pull) and using the HO with ONLY Radiant Strike (App III). RS seemed to hit for 50's most of the time with the bonus 10 points for undead - and I ONLY used RS for the HO combo, waiting for it to reset each time. It was more damage than Smite and a better use of power IMO. For the most part, I would get 2 HO's and then recast BoV again. At no point was I in danger of death.</P> <P>My spells are all APP III's or Adept I - I was self buffed with Symbol, Courage and Redoubt </P> <P> </P> <P>Hope that helps anyone looking for info.</P><p>Message Edited by CSDominion on <span class=date_text>11-24-2004</span> <span class=time_text>12:07 PM</span>

<DIV>I just brute forced the final solo instance encounter. I killed the wanderer with HOs. Rested. Killed the first two mobs with HOs. Rested. Killed the second two with HOs. Rested. Killed the last set with HOs. Rested. Killed the wanderer again with HOs. Rested. Killed the named and zoned out. No danger of death at all using this simple strategy.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

<DIV>Completed at lvl 19</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Used map and ran to door. Had lots of argo and a bit of a hard time getting the door to "let me in." Once in, headed up, buffed, killed wanderer (HO's are your friend). I ducked and walked down the middle of hall and did not argo the skellys on the sides. Turning left 90 degrees saw 3 flaming skellys and behind them an alter/slab. Behind the alter is the named mob you have to kill. I was unable to target him until I ran up to him. I just ran past the flaming skellys and started killing the named (again, HO's are your friend). Once he dropped, I ran to the door that was behind hind him and off to the left and zoned out. </DIV>
