Yes heavy armor is still there and armor quest is unchanged compared to late beta (the way some mob spawns was changed in comparison to early beta).

<DIV>Yes , I am lvl 25 and am in full plate. Odd thing is that it seems to do little good other then look cool. For some reason i can have twice the armor as a tank and still cannot take a hit.</DIV>
