Does EOF AA Call Servant require 2pts enhance fighter and 2pts in enhance mage or enhance scout?

I looked this up on eq2ref.com.  I thought it strange that you had the description says you must take 2pts in Fighter and either 2pts in Mage or 2pts in Scout. If this is incorrect, can anyone point me to a correct description of the AAs.Thanks, <div></div>
