Regen or % increase?

Just hit 22 on my necro, and i have the choice of going 2.5% power/health, or 5 regen power/health (out of combat) Which one of these do you all recommend? <div></div>

I've been asking necros for over an hour now, and i keep seeing anwsers for 2.5% and 5 regen, and i understand how the 2.5% would help with lich, but the 5 regen is still tempting and idk, i guess just having a hard time deciding. <div></div>

That was a wise choice to take the 2.5% power.  Even the cheapest drink at your level gives you the regen that you would have wasted on a wrong choice here.

I choose power regeneration twice and have never regretted it. Even on the longest battles in DT after the mob drops and I have chain cast my way thru it I have no less than 70% mana. My belief is I don't mind the modest reduction in my manapool because with all our pluses as regeneration masters even though pool is smaller it fills up quicker hence my cup is always more than 1/2 full. Well, as with lich mana won't ever be a problem, regen or %powerpool is totally useless. But, as soon you turn lich off, regen is king ! <div></div>

I turn lich off only when using tank pet against +++ heroics. <div></div>
