<DIV>Many necros done this zone? I get a lot of crap from guildies that we are pointless to take in there cuz everything has an AE, I say Nay, we fairly decent in that zone, I only had a problem keeping the pet up for the Summoner guy and the last mob itself. I was able to get both to 60% before my pet was totalled anyways. Ya I dont say we are not rediculously good in that zone but between our stun, rez, heal!!, fear and [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn] good damage, we can roll through the zone well. Whats you guy's experience in this zone as a necro, are you wanted ? </DIV>

<DIV>Haven't done the zone on my necro yet, but have done it plenty of times on my Defiler. Necro's do very well in the zone as one often was in my group.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I think the bigger issue is whether or not a necro gets invited, because this is a zone where class make up really changes things. I've done it with plate tank, 2 healers, and 3 dps (no mezzer) and completed it reasonable well. A good mezzer really helps. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>The best combo I've had recently was Defiler, Fury, Dirge, Brigand, Illus, and Bruiser. The Bruiser was very easy to keep healed with this combo, even against the two main named. I want to try that again, except put a Guardian in place of the Bruiser to see how that goes. </DIV>

Do this zone every few days, and I'm top on parse every single fight (including the end, where I'm sort of crowd control and have to take off my proc gear).<BR><BR>Normal group is: Bruiser, Coercer, Brigand, Defiler, Inquisitor, Necromancer.<BR><BR>Generally I'm top dps throughout the whole zone, I'll compile the next parse from when I go in.<p>Message Edited by Colossaltitan on <span class=date_text>08-03-2006</span> <span class=time_text>05:04 PM</span>

Pet heal a few times, it was pretty easy to keep him alive and well.

In Nizara I just use stiffled tank pet (sta line, prevent ae) + coercer dps buff, and that stiffled pet scores 500-600 dps himself. On raids, in group with coercer buff, fury proc, wizard proc, troub buffs - that pet scores himself up to 700-900 dps on single targets, and add my own 600-900 dps... And I dont have to care about *timing* AE, about pet recasts... just send pet and enjoy <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> On group mobs (such as Lyceum) I use tank pet, of course, I remember how [Removed for Content] was our warlock when he saw me doing almost 5k dps on 2nd encounter, and him being about 3k <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> Sad, but I almost never use scout pet anymore, after that nerf <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />Back to topic... summoners doing pretty good in Nizara, just need to adjust a bit your tactics/playstyle for that zone.<div></div>

Romka is correct, I currently have the finisher sta aa, with shockwave maxed it really can own in dps(and you can be extra lazy o_O). However, you can use scout pet the whole fight with just a few pet heals up until the last named, then its good to make your tank pet and buff him aoe immune.
