<DIV>Greetings.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I'm a 59 Necro and Solo 99% of the time.  Recently my tank pet has had some pretty sad pathing problems.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>In tenebrous tangle hunting the Grogs, I usually start the fight with delving darkness-the DOT slow spell and sick the tank on him as he slowly makes his way to me.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Recently my tank pet has been freaking out and either running back and forth real quick or taking a weird route which allows the mob to close on me and I have to use fear and root and wait for the tank to finally engage.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>O f course I could just start with rooting the mob or sending the pet on him-but why should I not do what I like to start a fight?  </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Is anyone else having problems with tank pet pathing?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Also happened in POF hunting harpies-Tank pet would run far way around rocks to get to mob.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I have had to adjust a little to compensate for my Tank pets loss of aggro generation since LU#24-I sincerely hope the pathing problem is something SOE can fix or hope it is restricted to my toon as I haven't read anything on the boards of this problem.  But is a real annoyance as I only experienced this in Silent City previous to this problem.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Cheers,</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Jerril</DIV>

Well, I've not played since early May, but I always had pet issues regarding pathing in certain areas. I think it's just the idiot factor embedded in ourpets, or maybe the terrain is just [Removed for Content]-d so the pet can only 'see' a certain path.Nonetheless, I know how frustrating it is, and it totally sucks. Especially when the path you expect them to take is obviously free of obstacles.Kinda like the annoying glitch with pets on stairs... <span>:smileymad:</span><div></div>
