Need help / advice with hate after LU 24

<DIV>Hey fellow Necros, I need some help.  I solo with my necro most of the time.  But, when I group I have two RL friends, one is a Pally and on is a Mystic.  Before LU24 we had an amazing trio going on, but since LU24 I am having horrible hate problems.  I know that my scout and rats were nerfed and are not doing the dmg they were, so it seems odd to me that I would have so much hate problems now.  I started w/ mage pet, which kept pulling agro and could not take a hit, so switched to scount pet.  I figured the scout pet after nerf would not pull hate, but it does, and not only that, but mobs, even prime target, are coming for me and by passing my pet and tank altogether.  I thought, at first, tank may have had problems do to Auto Attack bug, but it is still happening even after patch to that yesterday.  And, Pally is tricked out totally.  He has M1 or M2 taunts, top notch gear, and all m1 dmg / heals, and hate leach.  And, it is not happening when I use a big spell like Life Tap, it is just when I'm using DoTs and nothing else it still happens.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>There is a post that kinda got burried that may have something to do with it.  The post stated that the swarm pets are transfering their agro to caster when they die.  If I am using my rats, and Ghastly Stench then when they leave combat that could be the problem.  But, I have also been pulling a major amount of hate when soloing with the new nerfs and heal changes, so was wondering if there is a bug / change to the amount of hate generated by heals latley.  </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>If anyone has in suggestions, advice, or similar problems please post to give me a hand.</DIV>

Ive personally seen less hate since lu24 due to the damage reduction so honestly not sure what your problem is. I used to peel all the time with my master scout pet with maxxed crit line of AA's on it but now i havent peeled once since the LU. If they are targeting you directly and not the pet then try a robe such as the skywatcher (if you're high enough) for its deagro proc or if nothing else get your pally to amends you.

<P>Have to agree with Jalek as I have noticed less aggro also. During some raids however I still pull aggro but that's me spamming my spells to go full damage when needed. FD 4tw!</P> <P>Anyways, sorry to hear about your problem, one thing I'd recommend is have your paladin put amends (or any hate reducer) on your PET not you. Should help as it helps me a lot.</P>

<P>Aerios you are correct, there is a Huge problem with hate, I dont know what it is</P> <P>I was raiding this morning and I was pulling agro after casting 2 debuffs and consumption, I asked the tank if his taunts were being resisted and he said NO....</P> <P>I have no clue whats going on but there is a issue with necros and hate, I have 5 count them 5 items with Deagro procs, and after dps nerf shouldnt be pulling agro that fast, it was within the first 1-2 min of each pull it was stupid.....</P> <P>casting DoTs and Debuffs should not pull agro from a raid tank ever</P> <P>If someone could plese look into this it would be great</P>
