Spell fizzles!

<DIV>Anyone else have an issue with their life transfer and pet healing spells fizzling a lot?  Mine seem to fizzle 1/4 of the time which if I don't notice immediately can end up with me or a groupmate dead.  Any particular reason for this?  My skills are all maxed and none of my other spells do this.</DIV>

Because thats what heals do, ask a full healer class what the bane of their life is.
