<DIV>Just curious if I am doing things right, or if I could be doing them BETTER.  Currently while grouping, I cast the following spells in order: </DIV> <DIV>Pigs or Zombie (I alternate each fight except names which I use both),</DIV> <DIV>Deathly Coil,</DIV> <DIV>Death Rot, </DIV> <DIV>Swarm of Bats, </DIV> <DIV>Abate Life,</DIV> <DIV>Death Rot (again),</DIV> <DIV>And Death Rot / Abate Life till dead. And of course Master Strikes and Thermal Shocker as needed.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Just wondering if I could be more efficient if I cast the spells in a differnt order. And things could go different if I am needed to CC or heal. And I use consumption on multiple pulls and save undead tide for the big names (since it has such a long recast)</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Thanks in advance for any help that you can share.</DIV>

I would guess that at a certain level that Swarm of Bats is no longer worth casting. I also mix in Drawing of Souls and our Mark line every so often, since those spells are nice too.Other than that... seems similar to my routine, but since I have the AA dumbfire, I use that every fight, and that's mixed in too.

<DIV>personally I ALWAYS start with swarm of bats, the debuff to defense seems to actually help my vamp hit more, then i go with the agi debuff that gives us the skull, then i fire ALL my dumbfire pets available, no sense in waiting for a timer for an emergency it usually doesnt make enough difference, folow with consumption if it is up then decaying darkness because it procs lich, then deathly coil, death rot and lifetap, if there are no mobs nearby i run up for the AOE lifetap then another regular lifetap, by this time I have dumped enough DPS to kill a horse and if it is still standing I rinse and repeat as timers come up, during long fights I will toss out a heal to the tank only to help alieviate the healer(s), though I'm sure they don't notice, and I will also throw up convulse right before the heal wich really helps justify my presence when added to the dps.</DIV> <DIV>overall I get some [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn] good dps out and I try my best to push my utility, I fear then root adds, I rez whenever I can, sometimes I hit a nearby enemy and then feighn death so it runs away from the group,  basically I keep in mind that our DPS will be going down and that the utility of our class will be a crazy asset to any group when combined with our DPS.</DIV> <DIV>well thats it for me.</DIV>
