INT Cap Question

<DIV>Okay. I'm a L70 Necromancer with no INT AAs. Right now, dressed in my normal gear, self-buffed, and with food/drink bonuses I have 488 INT. Naked, unbuffed, and with no food/drink bonuses I have 50 INT.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Is the INT (and all attributes) cap 490, or 490 plus base INT? Will I cap out at 490 INT or 540 INT? Would any INT AAs actually raise my spell damage post-490 since it affects my base INT?</DIV>

<P>Cap = 7x level + 20.</P> <P>At level 70, this is 510.</P> <P>"Base INT" has nothing to do with it.</P>
