Yup, that's definitely a stealth nerf. Though to be fair, it never made sense for the level 14 or 28 versions to summon an essence of anguish, especially since you can't even use them until level 48.

It isnt nerf, it just shows how *good* SOE programmers are. Instead of fixing spell (so it will summon EoA to necro instead of anyone who had killshot) they just removed summon string. Probably, coding is way too complicated for someone. <div></div>
