Couldn't find the answer in faq or search so maybe someone has the answer.I'm wondering which if any of the Necro pets has a non encounter AE attack or spell. If fighting at the Harpies say it would be a bad thing to use that particular pet im sure you know.I solo d primarily and am now starting to group more and dont want to upset the group by havingthe pet agro everything around in and or out of the encounteryour response is appreciatedthanks

None of our pets have out-of-encounter AEs, though I'm pretty sure that the Warlock pet has an in-encounter AE DoT, which can make mezzing problematic (obviously). And at harpies, if you're close enough to hit something with a PBAE, it'd agro anyways.

The only Pet that has Out of Encounter AEs is the one you get with the spell "Drawing of souls" lvl 52.

Erial,

I'm pretty sure that the reference to harpies is alluding to a certain spot by the bonsai looking tree where you hunt amid a bunch of ashen monks. The monks are non agro and all around but if someone does a PBAE, well you can imagine the death, dying, afkness.

Estean 63rd Bonerattler of Butcherblock

The Ghastly Stench dumbfire line also has an in-encounter AoE. But yep, as stated above, only pet we have that uses out-of-encounter AoEs is the Drawing of Souls snake, so use with caution.

Nope. Snake isn't fixed. I learned the hard way soloing the ravasect in bonemire.

I think you are dealing with social aggro there... no out of encounter AoE is doing that.

I thought so as well. That's why I tested it out in the heroic ravasect cave. Those bugs are non agro, non social. The snake did pull them.
