Enchanted Lands near the docks. You can stay there for at least 6 levels. There are also some quest starters at the docks for some  good money<div></div>

<div></div>I thought you couldnt get to Enchanted lands until you were level 30 without doing a quest. Is this still true?

No you can go there whenever, really you dont want to go there till 29/30 though.
