Noob Question about pack of dogs

<div>I recently had a friendly duel with a necromancer who was a much higher level than me. He summoned a pack of dogs that ate me alive. What spell is this? Thanks.</div>

<div></div><p>I *love* Swarm of Bats.</p><p>Just the graphics when you cast the spell are so [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn] cool!</p><p>Plus, it's a [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn] handy DOT for those mobs that resist disease/poison.  I use it in my regular rotation all the time.  Decent duration on it too, plus the reuse timer is short enough that you can chain cast it.  Doesnt seem to draw agro either!</p>

<div></div><p>Yep, the dogs spell is Blighted Pack, and is now a level 51 spell. Used to be.... I want to say level 24 or so, back when, and it made me work hard on my Necromantrix to get her to 51, just to get the dogs back. <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p><p>Swarm of Bats is still in my normal rotations at 58, and usually early while soloing. Very low, if any, hate generation it seems, and I've always liked throwing a couple of 2 or 3 second cast time spells up front, which allows my pet one more taunt before I get the Lich rotation going. And the spell animation is just <em>so cool</em>!</p>

Anyway, what's this Blighted Pack spell and why isn't it on the class page? <div></div>In DoF Beta the 51 swarm pet spell was the Rat Infestation - but they changed it to Blighted Pack before DoF went live since we were losing our lvl 30 dogs (one of the old training options).  I guess they just havent updated that spell list yet.

Maybe they'll slip that in somewhere.</p><p>I grouped with a 50-something Necro the other day and didn't really<strong> think</strong> those decayed swarm pets looked much like rats. :smileyhappy:</p>
