Xalmat wrote:EQCompanion

EQCompanion is only good for logs analyzing, ie offline parsing. CSM was good for online parsing, on the fly.. but its dead now. ACT - has all benefits of both these parsers, and is best parser i've see so far. You can get it here: http://home.maine.rr.com/eqaditu/ACT/

Message Edited by Romka on 12-24-2005 11:53 PM

Romka wrote:EQCompanion is only good for logs analyzing, ie offline parsing.

You do know you can do an active log analysis with EQCompanion, right? IE real-time, on the fly, during combat.

Tried out ACT that last few days, dont like it and I question some of the parsing numbers as well. Numbers jump all over the place during battle, extremely sporadic, will stick with EQC, much better IMHO.

Anyway "to each his own"
