Necromantic Rune

Is this upgradeable? I'v never seen an adept of any kind for it and all crafters I'v spoken with to have an adept III made say they don't have it. I'v seen on the very helpful summoners tower Adept III & Upgrade Paths that its listed as a good spell to upgrade to adept III and a few posts I'v found on the boards here say the same yet they may be outdated. If it is indeed upgradeable does anyone know what crafting book its in? <div></div>

Furthermore the upgrades Necromantic Symbol and Necromantic Insignia are in Advanced Sage Volume 42 and 56, respectively.They are HIGHLY worth the upgrade to Adept III in my book.
